Shipping and Returns

 All orders are being shipped from Ottawa, Ontario using Canada Post. Once the item is handed to Canada Post, the responsibility for delivery of your order is transferred to Canada Post. Due to high volume around the holidays or labour interruptions, there may be a delay in delivery that is beyond our control. Your order will still arrive, but will take a bit longer than usual to get there. Please be patient and account for the additional time delay if you are ordering items meant as a gift or for a specific date.

 

When will I get my order? 
Orders sent as an Expedited parcel with Canada Post can expect delivery 2 to 4 business days (Monday to Friday) during normal shipping times. Due to holiday volume, anticipate a delay of 1 week for delivery and plan accordingly if the item being ordered are gifts for an specific date. 

Christmas orders should be placed no later than December 10 to ensure delivery prior to Christmas.

  

Holidays Observed

All orders submitted during the following Holidays will be processed on the following business day unless otherwise stated:

New Year’s Day, Family Day, Good Friday, Easter Monday, Victoria Day, Canada Day, Civic Holiday (August), Labour Day, National Day for Truth and Reconciliation, Thanksgiving, Remembrance Day, Christmas and Boxing Day.

Items ready to ship are available for purchase from the online store. Orders are being shipped to Canadian addresses only at this time.
